1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and pupwin ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a gaming platform operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering for, or using the pupwin website located at https://pupwin.cam (the "Website"), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of pupwin services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated through email notifications sent to your registered email address or through prominent notices displayed on the Website.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

pupwin services are strictly available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. We conduct rigorous age verification procedures including government-issued ID verification, database cross-referencing with Philippine Civil Registry records, and facial recognition technology. Any attempt to circumvent age verification or provide false documentation will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Persons declared legally incompetent, placed under guardianship, or otherwise restricted by court order are prohibited from using pupwin services.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. We employ geo-location technology to verify player location. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database maintained by PAGCOR, any other gaming regulator, or pupwin. If you have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, you are prohibited from creating a pupwin account until the exclusion period expires.
• Employment Restrictions: Employees of pupwin, PAGCOR, our game providers, payment processors, marketing affiliates, and their immediate family members are prohibited from creating accounts or participating in gameplay on the Platform.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, or compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Accounts found to violate eligibility requirements will be immediately terminated, all gameplay voided, winnings forfeited, and deposits returned only at our sole discretion and after deduction of administrative fees.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to create and maintain only one (1) account per person, per household, per email address, per mobile device, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts, confiscation of balances, cancellation of bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems including device fingerprinting, IP tracking, behavioral analysis, and payment method verification to identify and prevent multi-accounting.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Never share your password with any third party;
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using public or shared computers;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security;
• Never allow another person to access your account or play on your behalf.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. pupwin shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pupwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject deposits from unverified payment methods or sources suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: GCash/PayMaya minimum ₱50; bank transfer minimum ₱100; card payments minimum ₱200; cryptocurrency minimum ₱500 equivalent. Maximum deposit limits apply based on account verification level and transaction history. You may set personal deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

4.2 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on pupwin are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of transaction. pupwin is not responsible for currency fluctuations, exchange rate losses, or fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing and Confirmation

Deposits are typically credited to your account within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet and card transactions, and up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, Philippine holidays, or due to payment provider technical issues. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the stated timeframe, contact our customer support immediately with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete full account verification by submitting valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government document issued within last three months), and payment method verification (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement, or card photo with middle digits obscured). Withdrawals may be processed only after all verification documents are approved.

You may withdraw funds only to payment methods registered in your legal name and previously used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100; maximum withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level: Basic verification ₱20,000 per day; Enhanced verification ₱50,000 per day; VIP status ₱200,000 per day or higher subject to arrangement.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, excluding Philippine national holidays). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your financial institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within one (1) to six (6) hours after blockchain confirmation.

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks or request further documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts, first-time withdrawals, or transactions flagged by our fraud detection systems. Delays caused by incomplete verification, incorrect payment details provided by the Player, or third-party payment processor issues are not the responsibility of pupwin.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal eligibility. This requirement applies to prevent money laundering and ensures platform integrity. Bonus funds, free spins winnings, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawing funds before completing required wagering may result in forfeiture of bonus balances and associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software errors or game features, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, or any fraudulent activity, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, confiscation of associated winnings, account termination, and possible legal action. 7. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Fair Play Policy

Violation of any prohibition will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities, and pursuit of civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pupwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, trademarks, service marks, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of pupwin, our licensors, or content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pupwin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the relationship between you and pupwin shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties or appointed by PDRCI. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, pupwin reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain unauthorized use of the Platform, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of these Terms.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

pupwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious gameplay patterns, violation of PAGCOR regulations, failure to complete verification, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or our business interests.

Upon account termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We will attempt to return any remaining account balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of outstanding fees, charges, or amounts owed to pupwin, and provided that no fraudulent activity or Terms violation is suspected. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

pupwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to you via email notification sent to your registered email address or through prominent notice displayed on the Website at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the changes, unless immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
